Schedule 7+ days prior to date needed for celebration
Already have hotel booked
Make both of us authorized card holders
Ensure the hotel allows room decorations
If hotel has mandatory valet $30 valet fee will be added to final payment
50% non-refundable payment is needed after service has been booked (remaining balance is due 72 hours before scheduled date)

Cancellations
Cancellations is only accepted 24 hours or more prior to scheduled date
If cancelled before final payment, reschedule can be made up to 60 days (will receive 25% deposit back)
if cancelled after paying remaining balance, cancel reschedule up to 60 days
if room decoration cancels, receive 100% money back
Last step is finding the best time that works for you. the appoint time you block off is the hours given to room decorations to create the scene of your dreams. (ex. scheduled for 7pm on Saturday, we have up to 3 hours to complete room, depending on which package you choose. we will keep you updated on progress.)
